About the Ministry
A strong spiritual relationship has always been Arba's foundation personally and professionally. When she moved to Atlanta in 2000 she prayed for a church that would allow her to use the gifts that God blessed her with. Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church was clearly the answer. Dr. William L. Sheals is an evident leader of business ownership. He had a vision to transform the 32-acre junkyard into the
City of Hope. He was an active supporter of the Entrepreneurs Ministry.
Services (2001 - 2008)
- Grew the Entrepreneurs ministry to over 100 members
- Held monthly meetings that included bible study, speakers, and fellowship
- Published a monthly business directory and distributed it at church to promote the members and events
- Created and maintained the ministry website
- Produced events to educate entrepreneurs and allow sales to the community
- Introduced home-based business opportunities
- Designed and printed business cards, flyers, post cards, and certificates
- Awarded scholarship money to young entrepreneurs
